Communication with the owner is excellent. If Dexter sees Jess in the street he pulls to go and see her. His grooms are always top quality and she listens to what cut you ask her to do. Dexter has been to other groomers before Jess opened but I wouldn’t take him anywhere else now. 10/10 and thoroughly recommend you book your appointments early as Jess gets quickly booked up.
