Dexter loves going to have a groom with Jess. She is patient and caring and works with the needs of your dog. Communication with the owner is excellent. If Dexter sees Jess in the street he pulls to go and see her. His grooms are always top quality and she listens to what cut you ask her to do. Dexter has been to other groomers before Jess opened but I wouldn’t take him anywhere else now. 10/10 and thoroughly recommend you book your appointments early as Jess gets quickly booked up. Excellent value for money

Best groomer around, understands the dogs well, she loves and cares for all dogs she has coming, there is not 1 bad thing I could say. She undercharges her prices should be put up more! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!!

Always takes great care of our dog who isn’t the biggest fan of grooms, luscious pooches always grooms our dog to a high standard, and our dog looks and smells great for months afterwards!

Bear had an amazing grooming experience with Jessie! Im always impressed with Jessie's care. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and made Bear feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Bear came back looking and feeling fantastic – her coat has never been softer! I highly recommend Jessie for anyone looking for top-notch service and a gentle touch with their furry friends. We'll definitely be back!

Took my dog Bear in for a full groom and couldn’t be happier with the result. He came out looking and smelling incredible, and you could tell he was treated with so much care and kindness. The team clearly loves what they do, and it shows in the quality of the grooming and the calm, happy vibe of the salon.

I wouldn’t trust Bear with just anyone, but here I know he’s in the best hands. Already booked in his next visit — highly recommend to any dog owner looking for a professional and friendly groomer!

Bertie and Frede arrived looking like two overgrown buzbies and left looking as if they were off to Crufts.Jess's natural enthusiasm for them was much appreciated
